We are a small working farm on the edge of the Exmoor National Park, near to the North Devon Coast. Our aim here is to enable you to wind down and reconnect with nature.

Stay in our romantic Mongolian yurt, our comfortable farmhouse Bed and Breakfast room or our home built, and utterly charming Shepherd Hut or Drovers Hut, both with private hot tubs. You can even bring your own tent or caravan and camp in one of our fields.
A great place for children to build dams or play pooh sticks. Farm animals to meet and in lambing season, lambs to feed, several people have been lucky enough to see lambs being born.

The Shepherd Hut, Drovers Hut and Yurt are close to a babbling brook – a great place for children to build dams or play pooh sticks. There are farm animals to meet and in lambing season, lambs to feed, several people have been lucky enough to see lambs being born.
We are open for camping from the end of May to Mid September. Experience nearly wild camping just like it used to be! Being close to Exmoor National Park, there is very little light pollution; when you are staying remember to look up and see the stars.
The Cabin sleeps up to 6 people, perfect for groups, couples and young families. The Crinkly Cabin also has access to exclusive camping spots, away from the main camping site, allowing extra guests to be close by. Perfect for groups and parties!
Our home built Shepherd Hut is beautifully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing, memorable and comfortable stay. The wood burning stove will keep you toasty warm and the views from the stable door towards Wistlandpound Reservoir.
Our lovely Drovers Hut is built on a WW2 army ammunitions trailer. It was bought by a local farmer who planned to use it for hay bales. We found the trailer in a hedge covered in ivy, with a tree growing through it. We decided to buy it, to give it some well-earned TLC, turning it in to this lovely, cosy, romantic hut.
It might just be a case of rounding up your family for a jolly weekend of cooking on the campfire and singing a few songs; or perhaps you are bride-to-be wanting something a little different for your hen weekend, or have plans to push the boat out and host of outdoor celebrations for your 40th. All our huts have their own firepits, bbq’s, kitchens and wood fired hot tubs, so there is no need to share any of these with other guests. The Crinkly Cabin also includes a lovely wood fired sauna!

A short walk away, at the top of the field, past the chickens from whom you are welcome to collect fresh eggs for your breakfast, are more toilets. The toilet and shower block is heated all year round. Complete with spacious shower rooms, drying wall, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. You can also find electric sockets in case you need them during your stay.
